Persona + Scenario
Sara is a busy student who juggles her time between school and internship, and sometimes enjoy cafe hopping with her friends during her free time.
Since she is a student, she does not have the luxury of a car or the extra cash to always taking a cab — she rather save the money for good cafe food!
Her frustrations with navigation apps is that she finds it troublesome to switch between apps to get the information she needs for a trip from point A to point B.

Lo-Fi Prototype and User Testing
At the beginning of my design process I created wireframes for testing purposes. I had the most difficulty with the home page where I'm unsure if I should place the search for directions first or favourite buses first (image no. 3 and 4 on the top row above).
After testing it out with users, I realise most people usually have set-routes and goes to the same places most of the time. To make it easier, I also included a search bar on the front page so if there is a need, they can search for bus-stop IDs (and addresses) too.
